These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Daresbold. By browsing this website, placing an order or otherwise using it, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use this website.

These terms constitute an electronic record and a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and do not require a physical signature.

You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. A minor may transact only through, and under the supervision of, a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order.

When using this website you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or another user's account
• Interfere with the operation of the website, or introduce any malicious code
• Copy, scrape or reproduce the content of this website for commercial use without our written permission

We may suspend or refuse service to any user who breaches these terms, and may cancel any order placed in connection with such a breach.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — in particular your delivery address and phone number. An order that cannot be delivered because of information you provided incorrectly may be returned to us, and the outbound delivery charge is not refundable in that case.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, and the photographs shown are of the actual product wherever possible.

• Colours may appear differently on different screens and are indicative rather than exact
• Country of origin, where it applies to the product, is given in the product description
• Expiry or best-before dates, where they apply, are given in the product description and on the product packaging
• Weights, dimensions and specifications are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance

Product availability is shown on the product page. A product marked out of stock cannot be ordered until it is restocked.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. The total payable for an order — product price, delivery charge, handling charge where applicable, and GST — is shown in full at checkout before you pay. No charge is added after payment.

• Prices and offers may change at any time; the price applying to your order is the price shown when you placed it
• Online payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner; we neither see nor store your card, UPI or net banking credentials
• Cash on Delivery is offered where it is available for your pincode
• Where a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund

Payments are made over an encrypted connection through a payment partner that maintains PCI-DSS compliance. You are responsible for keeping your payment credentials and one-time passwords confidential and must not share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent us — we will never ask you for them.

If you raise a chargeback with your bank, we will provide the bank with the order, payment and delivery records relating to the transaction. Where a chargeback is raised on an order that was validly placed and delivered, we reserve the right to contest it and to recover the amount and any associated costs.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and accept it.

We may decline or cancel an order — before or after payment — where the product is out of stock, where the price or description was materially incorrect, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel an order, return a product and receive a refund — and the timelines that apply — is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this website — text, product photographs, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to Daresbold or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for defective goods or deficient service.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising out of your use of this website.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

We are not liable for a failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event outside our reasonable control — including natural disaster, epidemic, strike, civil unrest, government restriction, failure of a public network or a failure by a courier or payment partner.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints relating to any order, product or service may be addressed to our Grievance Officer.

Every complaint is assigned a reference number so you can track its status. We acknowledge each complaint within 48 hours of receipt and work to resolve it within one month from the date it is received.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
