• Payment partner — to process your payment and any refund
• Logistics and courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, so your order can be delivered
• Cloud infrastructure and communication providers — to host this website and send your order notifications

Every complaint is assigned a reference number so you can track its status. We acknowledge each complaint within 48 hours of receipt and work to resolve it within one month from the date it is received.
